Our care for your purchase

 

For over fifteen years, our Curator mp Warming has shipped art around the world. We have this figured out! Each sale is managed by mp or one of our Art Agents, who work intimately with you. They provide quality service from your very first contact.

 

You will be assigned an Agent shortly after you receive your Order Confirmation and/or Receipt. You will be provided with your Agent's contact information so you are assured of professional service throughout.

Tracking numbers will be provided to you by your Agent. Shipping insurance will be paid and provided through the shipping company, as our prices fall under the maximum limits.

Galerie Green ships with the following shipping providers:

• UPS

• FedEx

• BTX Logistics

• DHL

• GLS

• Specialized couriers, as per your request.

All shipments are scheduled with Door-to-Door Delivery Service unless otherwise stated.

​

• Pick up from origin point (Artist's Studio/Print House)

• Transport of the artwork(s) to your delivery address

• Delivery of your artwork(s) to your front door/front lobby
  (This service does not include unpacking, removal of packaging materials, or installation).

Customs:​

If you reside within the USA and have ordered a print (or prints), the art will be produced by the experts at Hunter Editions and shipped directly from their studio. Hunter Editions specialize in creating archival prints for museums and have proven to be the absolute best.

​

Within Europe, Galerie Green uses our EORI-Number on each shipment. With this number, we can assure hassle free shipments inside the EU.

​

Original art shipped from overseas may be postposed due to customs clearance. In this case, a little patience may be required. Customs fees are the responsibility of the Collector.

Timelines:​

​

Shipping Archival Prints

You can expect your print/s to arrive in the US within three (3) to five (5) business days from time of shipping, within seven (7) business days in the EU.

​

Archival, limited edition prints are produced within seven business days from time of order. To limit the CO2 for international shipping, we try our best to print on demand in the country where the art will be received. 

​

Your print/s may be shipped flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box or rolled when this is the best option. Rolling prints is the safest option for our oversized works, and can help with expedient shipping.

​

Prints that are rolled will be delivered in a dent-resistant tube. With this method, we recommend that you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork.

Shipping Paintings & Originals

Shipping time will vary, as delivery speed may depend on the customs requirements of the countries of origin and destination. Your Agent will keep you informed. 

​

​Smaller paintings will be boxed to lie flat. Larger paintings and drawings can be rolled and easily stretched or smoothed (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival.

​

 

Frames:

 

All our artwork arrives unframed. We are happy to deliver directly to your framer. 

 

Our Agents work hand in hand with the Artists to ensure artworks are prepared to ship according to our highest standards. Expect your artwork to travel safely from the print house or artist’s studio directly to your home or framer.​

Damage:

​

Our Special Collection, Original, and Limited Edition Artworks are final sales. Please contact your Agent or galeriegreen@gmail.com if your order arrives damaged. We have yet to see damage for any art we've shipped. With proof of damage, we will, of course, offer a replacement.
